  • How does scheduling a class work?

    Each billing month, you will be able to schedule the number of classes in your package for your child. The classes that you schedule could be for any of the open class times on our calendar, not just the current month. Upon the start of each billing cycle, you will be able to schedule an additional amount of classes corresponding to the number of classes in your package.

  • Can I register my child in the middle of an ongoing group class?

    Yes. All classes are small group classes, designed to allow each child to work at their own pace. This allows each child to get the most out of each session without worrying about the progress of the other students.

  • If I sign up for a subscription in the middle of the month, do I have to schedule my classes in the current month?

    No. Scheduling for classes is extremely flexible. If you purchase a subscription, you can schedule the classes in any way you choose. For example, you can schedule all classes in your current month, or you can opt to schedule a few classes one month from now, and the rest several months in the future. You control your schedule fully.

  • Can I alter the scheduled date/time of a class that I have already scheduled for?

    Yes. You can do so by clicking on the schedule link that you received in your email and choosing a new date. You can also change upcoming classes from the dashboard of your account page if you made an account.

  • Am I able to select a specific instructor for my class selection?

    No. Instructors are assigned classes based on availability and max class size constraints. However, it’s important to note that all instructors have received the same training and can cover subjects that we teach in a similar manner.

  • How do I cancel my subscription?

    In the email that you were sent when you scheduled a class, there is a link that gives you the ability to cancel your subscription. This can be done at any time and once you are unsubscribed, you will still finish the remaining classes you have made from the last billing cycle.

  • If I cancel my subscription, does my child's upcoming classes get cancelled as well?

    No. Your upcoming classes are locked in place, and cancelling a subscription only means that you will not be able to select additional classes for your child in the following billing month.

  • How do I change my subscription to another subscription level?

    You may contact us at hello@technologyforyouth.com and our customer support team will be able to change the subscription to your desired level.

  • What happens if only my child is in attendance for a Small Group class?

    If only one student is in attendance for a Small Group class, this class will automatically be converted to a One-on-One class, and will adhere to the class duration constraints of a One-on-One class.

  • Can I change what course I have signed up for?

    Yes. You can do so after your current allotment of classes is fulfilled and you reselect your classes for the following month. If you want to change before the next cycle you can cancel your current remaining scheduled classes and reschedule for the new course using the link provided in your signup email. You can also change upcoming classes from the dashboard of your account page if you made an account.

  • How do I create an Account in order to save my registration info?

    You can create an account via the appointment confirmation page. There are two ways to access the appointment confirmation page:

    (1) After you finish booking a new appointment, click Change/Cancel Appointment in one of the automated emails that Scheduling sends you.

    (2) From the confirmation page, click Register for an Account.

  • When I click the “Schedule” link on the confirmation email, I'm sent to a scheduling page that asks me to pay again. What to do?

    When taken to the scheduling page, there will be a "Redeem Coupon or Package" button directly below the Terms and Conditions agreement checkbox. Double check that this button shows the code that was given in your confirmation email as well as the emailed receipt. This code will bypass any payment prompts, and will allow you to schedule your selected times.
